Cooper has at least one hit in his last eight games with two two-hit games in that span. He has 68 hits this season with 24 in his last 15 games and 41 in his last 30 games. Taijuan Walker will be on the mound for the Mets in this one and he's given up 20 hits in his last four starts. He surrendered two hits in his last start but he gave up six, five and seven hits in the three starts prior to that. And when the Marlins faced the Mets just a week ago, Cooper had four hits in that three-game series.

With all of this in mind, I have all the faith in the world in Cooper to get a hit for the Marlins here tonight against the Mets.
