Max Scherzer Over 7.5 Ks vs. Mariners

Scherzer is an absolute machine and I always love taking the over on his K props. He's hit the over on this total in three of his six starts this season and in the two starts in which he hit the under, he ended up with seven strikeouts. The Mariners are kind of in the middle of the pack in the league when it comes to strikeouts, with a team total of 261. And I think Scherzer will be on his game tonight and dominate against this lineup.

So, if that hook doesn't deter you, I would take a very close look at Scherzer to hit the over in this matchup against the Mariners.

Shohei Ohtani Over 0.5 Home Runs (+340)

Ohtani has six home runs already this season and I see a great chance he can get another one in this game against the A's. Especially since Daulton Jefferies will be on the mound for the A's tonight and he's 1-5 with a 5.22 ERA and he's given up three home runs and 18 total hits in his six starts this season.

Ohtani is also coming off of a game in which he hit a home run and I never doubt his ability to do anything. He has 33 total hits with 10 in his last seven games, so I see great value in him to hit a home run against the A's in this one.

Drew Smyly Under 4.5 Ks vs. Diamondbacks (-155)

I'm typically not the biggest fan of taking unders on K props, but Smyly is always my exception. He hasn't hit this over at all this season, so I see a great chance he'll hit this under again tonight against the Diamondbacks. Smyly had one strikeout in his first start and four in each of his following four starts. So unders across the board.

Smyly also hasn't pitched past five innings in any starts, so I see him keeping both the innings pitched and strikeouts on the lower end in this game.
