Expect these guys to dominate opposing offenses

The Brewers offense is really hot & cold, and it has been like that all season long. Over the last few years, Milwaukee has had one of the worst offenses in baseball. They have power, but they don't hit for a high average, and that has continued into 2022. Their highest batting average among qualified hitters belongs to Andrew McCutchen, and he has the most average number there is, .250. When that is the highest BA on your team, you know you have a problem. Now they will have to contend against one of the hottest pitchers in baseball.
Andrew Heaney takes the mound for LA. In his last start, he was hit on the mound, and there were questions about whether he would be able to pitch in this game. He got away with a bruise to his pitching arm, and he's apparently been able to resume throwing without any discomfort, so he'll take the hill. He's been dominant when available, as he's produced a 1.16 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 42:10 K:BB across 31 innings. He just has to stay healthy.
Corbin Burnes (2.39 ERA), Milwaukee Brewers vs. Los Angeles Dodgers
Two of the most dominant pitchers this season in the same game at the same time? Count me in for this one. These pitchers duel's aren't for everyone, but for those of us who love them, this should be a good one. The Dodgers lineup is the best in baseball, so if anyone can get to ace pitchers, it would be them. Mookie Betts, Trea Turner, Freddie Freeman, and Gavin Lux are just a few names that are in the regular lineup for this amazing ball club. Their pitching rotation is no joke either, and there is a reason that they are and have been the favorite to win the World Series. However, this will be a test of that potent lineup, as they must take on reigning NL Cy Young award winner Corbin Burnes.
In his last start, he allowed a run on four hits and struck out six without walking a batter in seven innings of work, but he took a no-decision versus the Cardinals. Over his last two starts, Burnes has given up two runs, six hits and two walks while striking out 15 in 13 innings. He continues to impress in 2022 with a 2.39 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 181:38 K-to-BB through 143.0 innings across 23 starts overall.
Jacob deGrom (1.62 ERA), New York Mets vs. Atlanta Braves
The Atlanta Braves are the defending World Series Champions, and they have been playing like it lately. They are now just a few games behind the Mets for the division lead, and they have a great opportunity to take the lead soon. However, now in the series finale, there is reason to believe the Atlanta offense gets shut down completely. That is because Jacob deGrom, one of the most dominant pitchers of this generation, will be taking the mound for the Mets.
In his last start, he gave up two hits and no walks while striking out 10 over 6.0 shutout innings to earn the win in a 1-0 victory over the Phillies. He was in typical deGrom form in a pitcher's duel that saw him come out on top. The scoreless appearance dropped his ERA to 1.62 over three starts during his injury-shortened season. He now has 28 strikeouts in 16.2 innings pitched and has walked only one batter. He was on a pitch count in his last game, and it will be interesting to see if he is still on one here.
